1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anzan Academy website and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Anzan Academy.
• “User”, “you”, “your” means the person or entity accessing or using the Services.
• “Courses/Programs” means trainings (live or recorded), materials, and related resources provided by us.
• “Platform” means our website at anzan.ma and related online portals.

3. Services & Accounts

We provide training programs, consulting, online courses, and access to educational materials. Features may change over time. To access certain features, you may need to create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Access durations are indicated at purchase (e.g., cohort access windows or “lifetime access” when explicitly stated). We may introduce new features or discontinue others at our discretion.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent and that your use is supervised as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Do not share account access or resell, rent, or sublicense the Services without written permission.
• Do not copy, record, distribute, or publicly display course content without our prior written consent.
• Do not upload malware, interfere with the Platform, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Respect others; do not use the Services to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of any person or entity.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Fees are due as stated at checkout or in your order form and are payable via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, card, or supported electronic platforms). Prices and taxes may vary by region and are subject to change prospectively.

Refunds. Unless otherwise specified in the specific offer or mandatory law, refunds are available only before the start of a training program upon written request and approval. No refunds apply after program commencement or for downloaded/consumed digital materials.

If you are on an installment plan or subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation per the terms of the plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, documents, curricula, logos, trademarks, and other content) are owned by Anzan Academy or its licensors and are protected under Moroccan and international IP laws. Except as expressly permitted (e.g., personal, non-commercial learning), you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Where we expressly allow downloads (e.g., worksheets or templates), the license is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive, subject to these Terms and any offer-specific license.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

The Services may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, video hosting). Such services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it alongside these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anzan Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anzan Academy and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; certain provisions (e.g., IP, payments due, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco.
